blink-182 releases first song with Tom DeLonge in 10 years, “Edging”

Bbink-182 released their first new song featuring classic lineup from Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker in ten years. (Their last date together was in 2012 Dogs eating dogs EP.) It’s called “Edging,” it was produced by Travis Barker, and it opens with a drum intro inspired by “Feeling This” before turning into a glamorous stomp that strikes a bit of a middle ground. between the last two flashing and recent albums Angels & Airwaves. Mark and Tom share voice duties, so it’s really an announcement that the classic blink lineup is back. Check it out below. The reunited trio should release a new album in 2023.
Mark, Tom and Travis are also gearing up for a 2023/2024 world tour, including a US/Canada leg with Turnstile which will hit NYC on May 19 at MSG, May 20 at UBS Arena and May 24 at Barclays. Center. Advance tickets are on sale now. They’re also co-directing When We Were Young 2023 with Green Day, and it seems very likely they’ll be playing Atlantic City’s new Adjacent Festival with Paramore and more. All dates are listed below.
