Sebastian Bach criticizes Skid Row’s ‘selfish’ refusal to reunite

Sebastian Bach says “there is no reason not to” reunite with his old band, Skid Row.
“When these guys [Skid Row] try to say: “It is difficult to work with him”, let me repeat this again: we have not been in the same room together since the year 1996 “, explained the rocker during a interview with Florida radio station Gater 98.7.
“Shut up about yourself thinking you know what I am.” You don’t know anything about who I am, âBach continued, noting the many successful projects he has been involved in in recent years. “The Gilmore Girls think i’m okay to work with. Broadway thinks I can work with it. The Trailer Park Boys think I’m fine. Guns N ‘Roses thinks I’m pretty cool.
Bach further felt that a meeting “should take place for the fans”. “We are not getting any younger!” remarked the singer insolently. âAnd we’re absolutely running out of bands – bands that can play in hangars,â he added. “The fact that we’re all still alive and we’re all in our fifties – some closer to sixties than others – but that, to me, is selfish that we’re not together.”
Bach was the leader of the classic Skid Row lineup, appearing on their first three studio albums, including the self-titled multi-platinum debut album, and its follow-up, 1991 Slave of grinding. The singer celebrates the 30th anniversary of this latest album with a fall tour in which he will perform Slave of grinding in its entirety.
Bach was fired from Skid Row in 1996. The band toured singers over the following years, including Johnny Solinger, Tony Harnell and ZP Theart. Despite persistent rumors that Bach and the group may bury the hatchet, no meeting has taken place.
“I can play with anyone. I play with everyone,” Bach concluded with a laugh. “Except with them.”
